针对连续多年覆盖后雷竹林产生的衰退减产问题,从竹林覆盖物料对竹子的化感作用角度对衰退的原因进行了分析.利用外施不同浓度和种类的酚酸以及稻草、竹叶水浸液对毛竹种子进行发芽实验,以探求酚酸等化感物质对竹子生长的影响.试验结果表明,随处理液浓度的上升,几种酚酸和稻草、竹叶水浸液对毛竹种子的抑制作用增强.稻草、竹叶2种覆盖物1倍浸提母液处理后长出的种子胚根迅速失活死亡,5、10倍2种浸提母液对发芽势、胚根长度、胚根质量有促进作用.100 mg·L-1酚酸或混合酚酸液使胚根长度与对照相比减少24.49%~48.99%,胚根质量减少9.17%~38.08%;500 mg·L-1酚酸或混合酚酸液可使胚根长度减少73.48%~88.63%,胚根质量减少76.00%~90.83%.据此认为,覆盖物产生并在土壤中累积的大量酚酸可抑制竹林根系生长,并导致雷竹林经连续多年覆盖后衰退和减产.  相似文献

For many fish species, dietary fish oil (FO) has been substituted with other oils such as poultry oil (PO) without affecting growth performance. However, in barramundi, the mechanisms by which fatty acid metabolism is regulated are poorly understood, and the effects of FO substitution are unknown. This study defined changes in the expression of genes controlling the metabolism of fatty acids in barramundi over a 24‐h time period after a single meal. From one to 12 h after a single feeding event, the expression of fatty acid synthesis genes in the liver was upregulated, while genes involved in the β‐oxidation showed minimal alteration. However, the expression of β‐oxidation genes was significantly correlated with the expression of genes regulating fatty acid synthesis. In a second experiment, the changes in liver fatty acid composition and gene expression were defined after FO was substituted with PO. Liver fatty acid profile reflected the diet composition, with some subtle exceptions supporting the enrichment of certain long‐chain polyunsaturated fatty acids in the liver. The fish from all experimental groups preferentially retained more docosahexaenoic acid than eicosapentaenoic acid in the liver, suggesting a bioconversion of this fatty acid to intermediate fatty acids. Replacement of FO with PO significantly regulated genes controlling both fatty acid synthesis and catabolism pathways, potentially related to a higher percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids, in the livers of fish fed these diets. The results demonstrated that diet composition significantly altered the lipid metabolism in barramundi and that there was a balance between direct dietary effects and endogenous synthetic capacity.  相似文献

This study investigated the effect of different proportions of dietary docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (ARA) on the growth, survival and stress response of curimba (Prochilodus lineatus Valenciennes) larvae, an omnivorous freshwater species, fed on enriched Artemia. Six different experimental emulsions were formulated to have two levels of ARA (A‐0.5 and A‐1.0), two levels of DHA (D‐0.5 and D‐1.0) two combinations of ARA and DHA (AD‐3:1 and AD‐1:3). There were no significant effects of treatments on curimba standard length and survival at the end of the experiment. The results showed a negative correlation between dietary DHA and whole‐body cortisol after 60 s of air exposure. The resting concentration of cortisol was not affected by the diets (= .424). After air exposure, all treatments except for D‐1.0 (= .137) and D‐0.5 (= .545) exhibited a marked cortisol rise. These results showed that DHA supplementation can have an attenuating effect on cortisol response after air exposure.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of short‐ and long‐term starvation on paralarvae from hatching and compare to fed paralarvae. In the continuous starvation treatments, paralarvae at hatching were left without food as independent treatments for 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 days. In the fed treatments, the newly hatched paralarvae were fed for five and eight days; then each group was left in starvation as independent treatments for 3, 5 and 7 days. After any experimental starvation period, the paralarvae were fed for five more days to evaluate their recovery. Paralarvae exposed to continuous starvation from hatching endured up to 8 days after hatching (8 SDAH) showing significant recovery. Its survival decreased proportionally to the days of starvation, without any recovery after 12 DAH. Fed paralarvae (5 and 8 FDAH), resulted in significant differences accordingly to the length of the starvation period. Paralarvae left under permanent starvation showed a noticeable decrease in their arm/mantle length ratio and an atrophy of the digestive gland was observed. Amino acids were used primarily as energy source by paralarvae, particularly in the second week of starvation. It is discussed the critical age to avoid deleterious effects of starvation on paralarvae.  相似文献

Consumption of whole-wheat based products is encouraged due to their important nutritional elements that benefit human health. However, the use of whole-wheat flour is limited because of the poor processing and end-product quality. Bran was postulated as the major problem in whole wheat breadmaking. In this study, four major bran components including lipids, extractable phenolics (EP), hydrolysable phenolics (HP), and fiber were evaluated for their specific functionality in flour, dough and bread baking. The experiment was done by reconstitution approach using the 24 factorial experimental layout. Fiber was identified as a main component to have highly significant (P < 0.05) and negative influence on most breadmaking characteristics. Although HP had positive effect on farinograph stability, it was identified as another main factor that negatively impacted the oven spring and bread loaf volume. Bran oil and EP seemed to be detrimental to most breadmaking characteristics. Overall, statistical analysis indicates that influence of the four bran components are highly complex. The bran components demonstrate multi-way interactions in regards to their influence on dough and bread-making characteristics. Particularly, Fiber appeared to have a high degree of interaction with other bran components and notably influenced the functionality of those components in whole wheat bread-making.  相似文献

Four semi‐moist formulated feeds were supplied to Octopus vulgaris subadults (664 ± 70 g; 18.4 ± 0.7°C) in two different experiments. In the experiment #1, two diets were prepared with a new mixture of binders (gelatine 150 g kg?1, starch 100 g kg?1 and gum 50 g kg?1). The GEL15‐Squid and GEL15‐Hake feeds included 100 g kg?1 freeze‐dried squid (Todarodes sagittatus) or hake (Merluccius sp.) respectively. Both feeds showed low water disintegration rates at 24 h (13.6–15.0% dry weight). The specific feeding rate was higher in animals fed GEL15‐Hake (2.7%BW day?1), but the growth and feed efficiency were significantly better in animals fed GEL15‐Squid (1.4%BW day?1 and 61.2% respectively; P < 0.05). The proximate composition of the digestive gland, carcass and whole animals was similar. In the experiment #2, the GEL15‐Squid amino acid profile was improved by replacing 50 g kg?1 gelatine by 50 g kg?1 freeze‐dried squid (GEL10‐Squid) or freeze‐dried fish (GEL10‐Fish). These feeds showed higher water disintegration rates (31.7–36.3% dry weight). The feeding rates (2.2–2.3%BW day?1), growth (1.5%BW day?1) and feed efficiency were similar for both diets. Total lipids were higher in the digestive gland and whole animals fed GEL10‐Fish diet (P < 0.05). Future effort could be directed towards alternative binders that allow improve amino acid balance with a minimum gelatine content or even supplementation trials including essential amino acids.  相似文献

 为了探讨油菜转录因子FUS3的功能及其与脂肪酸组分的关系,从甘蓝型油菜湘油15中克隆到BnaFUS3基因的两个拷贝BnaA2.FUS3和BnaA6.FUS3。它们的CDS区序列分别长927bp和948bp,编码309和315个氨基酸,氨基酸序列变异多发生在C端。转录因子BnaA2.FUS3和BnaA6.FUS3属于含B3结构域的蛋白家族,是亲水性蛋白,无跨膜区,均是膜外蛋白。系统进化树分析表明,BnaA2.FUS3、BnaA6.FUS3两者都是BraFUS3和AtFUS3的同源基因。荧光定量PCR分析表明,BnaA2.FUS3在根、茎、叶、角果皮中均有表达,在种子中相对稳定表达,但在角果皮25d达到峰值;BnaA6.FUS3为种子特异表达,在种子35d达到峰值;两者在角果皮中表达量均呈“M”形趋势。分析脂肪酸积累规律与BnaFUS3表达关系发现,授粉30d后,BnaA2.FUS3和BnaA6.FUS3表达迅速升高,此时各脂肪酸也进入快速增长期;授粉后45d~50d时,两拷贝表达量变化较小,脂肪酸积累亦进入缓慢增长期,并趋于平稳。表明BnaFUS3在甘蓝型油菜的胚胎形成和发育中具有重要影响,对脂肪酸的合成和油脂积累起到重要作用。  相似文献
